Beschrijving van diverse door het Agro Eco-Louis Bolk Institute uitgevoerde projecten over de ontwikkeling van duurzame, vaak biologische, cacao productie en handelsketens in Ghana. Onderwerpen zijn onder andere: groepcertificatie,  het organiseren van boeren, het trainen van voorlichters en de vermarkting van cocoa als smaakvol speciaalproduct.
